Our Services are offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, the Cookbook Ltd Privacy Policy and where defined, the mobile EULA agreements) and procedures that may be published from time to time by Cookbook Ltd (collectively, the “Agreement”). You (as the “Client”, “you” or “your”) agree that we may automatically upgrade our Services, and these terms will apply to any upgrades. Your agreement is with Cookbook Ltd (as, “Cookbook”, “we”, “us” or “our”) who are a registered company in the United Kingdom, registration number 10086673.
